ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Sports Webcasting Network (www.sportswebnet.com) a full service broadcasting outlet for high school, collegiate, amateur, and professional sports offers the latest cutting edge broadcast solution with audio and video webcasts streamed live and/or on tape over the internet.
Our focus is to continue our emergence as a media outlet for sporting events and entertainment in the tri-state area, and as an entity, which recognizes student athletes and their achievements on the field.
We are seeking an energetic sales and marketing person for our sales team..
This person will be interfacing with small/medium sized companies to sell television, web-cast and print advertising packages.
Our advertising
sales packages deliver a unique four-dimensional advertising approach; with
television and audio television commercials, internet banner ads, and print
advertisements, a combination which brings the ultimate in viewer/listener
response to our sponsors
The ideal candidate will have strong phone and presentation skills and the
ability to close deals while working with a production team producing audio/video
commercials and print advertisements.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Identify, contact and close prospective new advertisers and their
agencies.
• Develop advertising and sponsorship proposals for audio/video commercials
banner ads and print ads.
• Provide weekly pipeline status reports to management.
• Work in conjunction with our editors to develop advertisements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience
• Knowledge of sports television and/or radio broadcast programming
is preferred
